About Us
INTERPOL Center USA (ICA) is the first and so far the only Transnational International humanitarian Organization with non-governmental legal status, based in the United States of America.
We operate internationally through a global network of chaplains, mediators, and peacebuilding professionals, in cooperation with government and institutional partners, providing humanitarian assistance, crisis-response support, and conflict-prevention activities in accordance with international humanitarian law and universally recognized human rights standards.
NTERPOL Center USA (ICA) serves as the official “doing business as” (DBA) of International Human Rights Commission IHRC Corporation (IHRC), a Domestic Nonprofit Corporation duly registered in the State of New Mexico, United States of America: Registration Number: 7589050 | EIN: 99-1910431 | IRS section: 501(c)(3) non-profit.

Business Purpose
In accordance with its federal registration and organizational statutes, IHRC Corporation and its DBA INTERPOL Center USA (ICA) pursue the following objectives:
  • Defending and promoting human rights at local, national, and international levels;
  • Cooperating and collaborating—within lawful and non-governmental frameworks—with law authorities, law enforcement bodies, police authorities, and police-affiliated institutions, both domestically and internationally;
  • Supporting efforts to locate missing children and protect vulnerable persons;
  • Defending the rights and safety of women;
  • Counteracting violence against children;
  • Fighting corruption and promoting integrity in public life;
  • Combating human trafficking and related transnational crimes;
  • Providing humanitarian, legal-support, and preventive mechanisms in crisis and post-conflict environments.
All activities are conducted without exercising governmental, police, or military authority, and strictly within the limits of applicable national and international law.

The name, insignia, and identifying marks of INTERPOL Center USA are used solely for the purpose of indicating membership in an international intergovernmental and humanitarian organization dedicated to peacebuilding, civil protection, human rights, and global security, and do not imply police authority, enforcement powers, governmental mandate, or any mandate derived from the United Nations.
All investigative and search activities conducted by INTERPOL Center USA (ICA) are non-police and non-coercive in nature and are carried out on the basis of lawful consent, international or inter-institutional agreements, humanitarian or intergovernmental mandates, and cooperation with competent authorities, without infringing upon the exclusive competencies of INTERPOL, the United Nations, or national law-enforcement agencies.
