The organization operates globally through a structured network of chaplains, professional mediators, peace officers, and human rights experts, providing humanitarian assistance, crisis-response support, and conflict-prevention activities in accordance with international humanitarian law and universally recognized human rights standards.

Business Purpose
In accordance with its federal registration and organizational statutes, IHRC Corporation and its DBA INTERPOL Center USA (ICA) pursue the following objectives:
- Defending and promoting human rights at local, national, and international levels;
- Cooperating and collaborating—within lawful and non-governmental frameworks—with law authorities, law enforcement bodies, police authorities, and police-affiliated institutions, both domestically and internationally;
- Supporting efforts to locate missing children and protect vulnerable persons;
- Defending the rights and safety of women;
- Counteracting violence against children;
- Fighting corruption and promoting integrity in public life;
- Combating human trafficking and related transnational crimes;
- Providing humanitarian, legal-support, and preventive mechanisms in crisis and post-conflict environments.
All activities are conducted without exercising governmental, police, or military authority, and strictly within the limits of applicable national and international law.
International Structure and Accreditations
The entity known as Interpol Center UN operates as an international humanitarian and coordination platform functioning under the organizational control and compliance framework of INTERPOL Center USA (ICA).
Interpol Center UN holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 2022, and maintains additional institutional accreditations and cooperation frameworks, including:

- UN Department of Global Communications (formerly DPI)
These accreditations enable participation in international dialogue, humanitarian coordination, and expert cooperation, without conferring United Nations representation, enforcement powers, or diplomatic status.
